Why We Built This Site
Michigan public court access is useful only when a requester can identify the office that keeps the record. In Roscommon County, the 82nd District Court holds district criminal, traffic, civil, small-claims, and landlord-tenant files. Circuit and family matters follow the County Clerk and 34th Circuit Court route, while Probate has its own staff. MiCOURT can be a useful public first check, but it is not the official file. This resource brings together the local court map, search routes, and record-request starting points so a visitor can begin with the correct office.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: local context for criminal dockets and civil dockets.
- Hearing information: ways to read the court calendar and confirm a setting with its court.
- Public searches: a case search route for a party name or case number.
- Official files: procedures for court records, copies, and clerk routing.
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource, not a Michigan court, clerk, or government office. It cannot access official case-management systems or act for a court user.
- It cannot provide a certified copy, official docket, order, or case file.
- It cannot set, change, or confirm a hearing date.
- It cannot remove, seal, amend, or file material in a court case.
- It cannot give legal advice or interpret how a filing affects a person.
- It cannot guarantee that an outside court's contact details, fees, or settings are current.
The clerk or court that maintains a Roscommon County case is the only source for an official or certified copy and the current status of a setting.
Search Partners
Some pages contain search boxes supplied by third parties. Those providers operate their own services and set their own prices and privacy terms. A referral fee may be earned when a visitor chooses a paid service. That arrangement does not give this site control over a provider's results, charges, or records.
