Roscommon County Court Docket is a private reference resource. It does not maintain official dockets, operate MiCOURT, or act for the 82nd District Court, the County Clerk and 34th Circuit Court, Probate, or any other government office. It points visitors toward official court and clerk channels and to outside search services.
Michigan Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231-15.246, applies to many executive-branch records, but judicial court files are not ordinary FOIA requests. MCR 8.119 governs access to Michigan court files, and MCL 600.1988 addresses inspection, retrieval, and actual reproduction costs. The court that maintains a Roscommon County file remains the source for the official record.
